Telenor Arena is an indoor multi-purpose venue for sports and entertainment located on the peninsula Fornebu, just outside Oslo, the beautiful Oslo fjord. The arena has a capacity of 23,000 spectators for concerts and 15,000 for the sport, making it the largest indoor stadium in northern Europe. Since opening in March 2009 the Telenor Arena has already become a popular venue for major entertainment programs. So far, the arena hosted the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, AC / DC, Tina Turner, Andre Bocelli, Metallica, and major sporting events such as The Solberg Extreme Motor Show and the Oslo International Horse Show.
