The Sugarmill is situated at the bottom of Brunswick Street in the heart of the cultural quarter of Hanley, the city centre of Stoke-on-Trent, we're right next to the Stage Door pub and opposite Liquid nightclub.
We've hosted literally hundreds and hundreds of bands many of whom have gone on to massive success, examples include: Coldplay, Muse, Elbow, Stereophonics, The Kooks, Funeral For A Friend, Snow Patrol, Razorlight, Maximo Park, Kasabian, The Fratellis, Biffy Clyro, The Subways, Trivium, The Enemy, Editors and The Libertines to name just a few.
We actively promote the local band scene and also try and bring some of the bigger names back to the city to play at The Victoria Hall and Keele University.
We're open on Friday and Saturday for club nights, also our wonderful Rooftop Bar is open on Mondays during summer for a free student night!
Our club nights are open to over 18's only, all our shows (unless stated otherwise) are open to over 14's.
