Nearest NCP: Brewer Street. Street parking is very limited - strongly advise using public transport.

Access into the theatre: Four steps up to main entrance and a further eight to foyer and Royal Circle (two steps between rows). Box Office through separate entrance, up five steps. Stalls down 12 steps from the main entrance. Upper circle up approx. 50 steps. Handrails on both sides of most staircases, some steps highlighted. Theatre opens 45 minutes before the performance.

Please contact the Theatre Manager on arrival.Access is via the Box Office (ramp) at the front of the theatre in Argyll Street and then by wheelchair lift down to the Stalls bar. Alternative entrance off Ramillies Place, at the back of the theatre. No steps to back of Stalls, although the auditorium is on a fairly steep rake. Four spaces for wheelchair users at L46, O48, Q48 and S49. Companions can sit in same row. Transfer seating available to aisle seats.

Adapted toilet on the right inside entrance in Ramillies Place. Access also from the stalls bar.

15 steps up from the foyer to the women’s and men’s, or 12 steps down from the main entrance to Stalls toilets.

Any aisle seat has good leg room.

No steps to Variety Bar (Stalls level) from the entrance off Ramillies Place, down a slope with a handrail to your right. Moveable seats and tables. Dress Circle bar seven steps up from the Dress Circle, with moveable seats. Narrow bar at Upper Circle level. Drinks in plastic cups may be brought to disabled customers in the auditorium.

Infra-red system with headsets. Induction loop at Box Office. Headsets available in foyer.

Two blue badge parking bays in Ramillies Place and two on Great Marlborough Street (8.30am-6.30pm, four hours maximum). WCC at Poland Street and Oxford Street. NCP at Kingly Street.

Access dogs are allowed inside the auditorium. Staff can also dog-sit for four dogs per performance in the Manager’s office.
