The EVENTIM Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.
Please note that the EVENTIM Seating chart booking is not available for all events.
General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

There is a NCP multi story car park directly behind the venue - http://www.ncp.co.uk/find-a-car-park#
Disabled parking out the front of the Junction 2 is pay and display - it is not free for disabled badge holders.
If you are disabled and require the full-time support of a carer/companion, they will be eligible for a free ticket. Please ensure that you make this clear at the time of booking, as spaces for seated events may be limited. We regret that complimentary tickets are not available online, please contact the Box Office on 01223 511 511 or alternatively email your details to tickets@junction.co.uk and we will contact you
Dedicated disabled parking spaces operated by NCP are situated in front of J2 and in the ground floor level of the multi-storey car park off Clifton Way.
For those with working dogs, a member of staff can be arranged to dog-sit for you for the duration of the performance, but please call in advance if this is required.
Some music events in J2 and all events in J1 are standing only. Customers with access needs or those who have difficulty standing for long periods should inform the Box Office in advance of the event. The Duty Manager of the event will do everything possible to ensure a comfortable viewing position is provided. It is not guaranteed that a seated position will give a reasonable view of the performance in J1. In the interests of Health and Safety, it is not possible to place freestanding stools or seats at the front of the auditorium in J1 or J2.
Hearing Impaired
The Junction is equipped with an induction loop in foyer areas. Within both main spaces (J1 and J2), infrared hearing assistance systems are in operation. Please switch your hearing aid to ‘T’ for the duration of the performance. If you are having difficulty with the reception, please inform a Steward or Technician and they’ll try to improve the sound. The fire alarm is equipped with flashing beacons throughout the spaces to aid you should evacuation be necessary.
Visually Impaired
If you are registered visually impaired and require any assistance during your visit, please inform a Steward. Working dogs are welcome, and should you wish, a member of staff will be happy to dog-sit for you for the duration of the performance, but please call in advance if this is required.
Wheelchair Users
The Junction has flat access to all main spaces and accessible WC facilities. In J1, these are located by the ladies WC and are accessible with a Radar Key. If you do not have a Radar Key then a Steward or a member of Box Office Staff will be pleased to help you.
For theatre and other seated events in J2, ten wheelchair spaces are available, but advance notification must be given. If you would prefer to sit in a theatre seat rather than your wheelchair, staff will be pleased to help you. Like all bookers, wheelchair users are urged to book in advance as all spaces held for wheelchair users are released onto general sale once all other seats are sold.
Wheelchair users are entitled to bring a carer or friend to accompany you on your visit, they’ll be admitted free to any event where discounted tickets are available (usually theatre / dance / children’s events), provided notice is given at the time of booking.
