When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

The theatre is situated in Crescent Road, in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. There is a large, multi-storey car park in Crescent Road. Parking at the multi-storey is free after 6pm.

We aim to be accessible to all, showing a varied programme of events and providing special facilities to meet the needs of all our customers.
Please let the Box Office know when booking your seats if you or any of your party have any specific access needs. The Box Office and the Front of House staff are available and happy to help whenever possible.
Access
There is a push-button door to the right of the main entrance to allow access for wheelchair users, entering at Box Office level.
An accessible lift links the foyer, lower foyer and the auditorium (not the circle).
There is an accessible toilet adjacent to the lower foyer bar.
An in-seat drinks service is available in the interval.
There is one disabled parking space directly outside the theatre, as well as ground floor parking in the Crescent Road car park.
Concessions/Carer Comp
The Assembly Hall Theatre extends the policy of a free ticket for a carer across all shows. This policy includes customers who use a wheelchair as well as anyone, including the elderly and infirm, who would not normally be able to attend without the assistance of a necessary companion.
Signed and captioned performances
The theatre arranges signed and captioned performances of selected shows. Details of these shows may be obtained upon request from the Box Office and will be included within the seasonal brochure and on the theatre’s website.
Audio Enhancement
The theatre is equipped with a Sennheiser infra-red audio enhancement system. Headsets are available from the Box Office, for a £5 refundable deposit. Theatre Guide
