TRAIN: The closest station to the venue is Liverpool Lime Street, which is located just over 1 mile from the venue. There are connecting bus routes (see below) from the city centre, which pass through Queens Square bus station, directly opposite Lime Street Station. BUS: There are several bus routes from the city centre which stop within a short walking distance to the venue. Our closest routes are 12, 13, 15 & 18, all of which can be boarded at the main Liverpool One Bus Station. BY CAR: There is a secure car park available for £5.00 behind the venue and accessed from Boaler Street, as well as ample on-street parking in the surrounding areas. We do ask however, that customers respect the local residents and do not park in residential zones or on private property. TAXI: On busy event nights, there is often a Hackney Taxi rank located on West Derby Road, directly opposite the venue. Staff will be happy to help anyone requiring further information or assistance with booking a private hire taxi for onward travel.

Stalls - Flat level access, specific ramped staircases to lower areas. This area is wheelchair accessible. We have two accessible toilets available on the stalls/ground floor area of the venue. These are accessed by a radar key. Should you not have your own, security and box office staff hold venue keys for access.

Lower Balcony - Approximately 25 stairs, entering at the rear of the Lower Balcony. Shallow stairs then take you down to the different rows of seating. The bar for this area is at the rear of the Lower Balcony. The toilets are at either side of the Lower Balcony, down approximately 12 shallow stairs. There are no accessible toilets on this level. There is no lift up to this floor.

Upper Balcony - Approximately 40 stairs, entering at the rear of the Upper Balcony. Steep stairs then take you down to the different rows of seating. The bar and toilets for this area are in the corridor at the rear of the Upper Balcony. There are no accessible toilets on this level. There is no lift up to this floor.

Although our box office, cloakrooms and bars do not have dropped counters for service to wheelchair users, our staff will come out to assist you if required.

We have a purpose built accessible platform in our stalls area that allows a clear view of the stage. The platform allows access for the person acting as your assistant to sit with you. Unfortunately we are unable to allow more than 1 guest per person due to the limited space. We request all customers on this platform remain seated throughout the event to enable clear sightline for customers situated behind the platform.

Assistance animals are welcome on stalls and lower balcony levels of the venue, although we recommend booking a space on our accessibility platform for those customers with stalls standing tickets. Unfortunately the Upper Balcony is not suitable for assistance animals due to leg rooms and the steep access points.

Events can be very noisy and busy, so should you be unsure how your animal will cope or react, please speak to venue staff prior to, or on the night of the event, who will be able to assist.

There is a number of on street parking spaces surrounding the venue, as well as a secure venue car park at £5 for the evening, situated a 2 minute walk from the venue front doors. The access to the venue car park is on Boaler Street, behind the venue. Should you choose to park in the venue car park, please speak to the security person on the gate, who will recommend the best place to park with the least walk to the venue. We allow an early entry system for those customers who have pre booked accessible requirements with us. Please arrive at the venue 10 minutes prior to doors. As soon as we are able, we will allow entry, enabling you time to access the area you are booked into, and be advised of your nearest toilets and exits.
