To avoid possible disappointment, patrons with additional access requirements are strongly advised to contact our Box Office to book in advance - dedicated spaces are limited due to health and safety. Unfortunately wheelchair spaces cannot be booked online and will need to be arranged by telephone or in person at our Box Office during open hours. On arrival at the event, staff at all of our venues are always happy to assist in any way they can.
Access to the Pavilion Theatre and its Box Office is via a ramp situated on the West side of the main entrance, giving level access from the foyer to the balcony area. The adjoined Pavilion Atrium, which serves as the bar space for the venue, does not have a wheelchair accessible entrance for ticketed performances but can be reached through the main auditorium.
There is a loop system for the hard of hearing. Guide dogs are permitted in the auditorium, but please advise us at the time of booking if guide dogs require entry so that we can properly accommodate you in terms of necessary space.
