Dead On A Sunday is an American alternative artist and band project led by Ross Ryan, known for combining darkwave, post punk, alternative rock and goth influenced sounds with emotionally charged songwriting. Emerging from the Denver, Colorado music scene, Dead On A Sunday has developed a distinctive identity built around brooding melodies, atmospheric production and an unmistakably dark aesthetic. The project has attracted an expanding audience drawn to music that balances melancholy and vulnerability with memorable hooks and energetic rhythms.
Dead On A Sunday's catalogue explores themes of relationships, isolation, emotional conflict and personal experience, delivered through expressive vocals and moody instrumentation. Tracks including "Dammit", a dark reinterpretation of the Blink 182 song, have helped introduce the project to a wider alternative audience, while original material demonstrates a sound rooted in modern darkwave and post punk. The combination of nostalgic influences and contemporary production gives Dead On A Sunday a natural appeal for fans of darker alternative music.
Live, Dead On A Sunday brings this atmospheric sound into a more immediate and energetic setting. Driving rhythms, dark melodies and an expressive performance style create concerts that can move between introspective moments and powerful releases of energy. For fans of goth, post punk, darkwave and alternative rock, a Dead On A Sunday concert offers the opportunity to experience an emerging act whose music embraces both the emotional and theatrical sides of alternative culture.
