Defected At The Warehouse Project brings together two major names in UK club culture for a celebration of house music on an impressive scale. Defected Records has been a defining force in global house music since its foundation in 1999, releasing influential tracks and hosting events around the world. The Warehouse Project has meanwhile become one of Manchester's most recognised electronic music event series, welcoming leading DJs and dance music audiences to large scale spaces across the city.
The partnership is built around house music in its many forms, combining established names with contemporary selectors and producers from across the international electronic scene. Defected's history encompasses soulful house, vocal anthems, deep grooves and club focused releases, while The Warehouse Project is known for ambitious lineups and high impact production. Together, they create an event designed for dedicated dance music followers as well as audiences looking for a major Manchester club experience.
At Defected At The Warehouse Project, the music is matched by the scale and atmosphere of the setting. Extended DJ sets, powerful sound systems, lighting and large crowds create an environment where house music can be experienced with maximum impact. For clubbers who follow Defected, fans of Manchester nightlife and anyone looking for a night built around quality house music, the event offers an opportunity to experience two established dance music institutions coming together under one roof.
