Stockholm based Dante Kinnunen is to most of us known as the youngest and drum-playing member of The Concretes, but boy does he have a brilliant mind (and voice) of his own. As Dante he creates huge pop heavily influenced by R&B and soul, something that became abuntantly clear earlier this year when he covered Clarence Carter’s ‘Next To You’. Now he’s back with a new single and instant hit called ‘Runners’, which is certain to cause more than a few joyful/sad tears here and there.
Dante’s debut album will be released early next year via Sony Music imprint Baseline.
