Hot Chip are a British electronic band celebrated for combining dance floor energy with intelligent songwriting, warm melodies and an unmistakably playful approach to pop. Formed in London in 2000, the group developed from experimental beginnings into one of the most distinctive names in British electronic music. Their sound blends synth pop, house, indie and alternative dance, creating songs that can feel equally at home in an intimate club, at a festival or through headphones.

Albums including Coming on Strong, The Warning, Made in the Dark and In Our Heads helped establish Hot Chip internationally, while tracks such as "Over and Over", "Ready for the Floor", "Boy from School" and "I Feel Better" became enduring favourites. The band have earned widespread recognition for balancing infectious electronic rhythms with thoughtful lyrics and emotional depth, continually developing their sound while retaining the distinctive character that has defined their music for more than two decades.

Live, Hot Chip transform their detailed electronic productions into energetic performances driven by synthesizers, percussion, vocals and irresistible rhythms. Their concerts move naturally between euphoric dance tracks and more reflective moments, creating a set that rewards both dedicated followers and audiences encountering the band for the first time. With singalong melodies, pulsating beats and a catalogue packed with alternative dance favourites, a Hot Chip concert offers a compelling combination of musicianship, celebration and late night energy.
