We pledge to create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all our customers attending events including anyone who requires any form of access assistance.
When purchasing a ticket either online via phone or in person at our daytime Box Office please do so as you would in any other walk of life but please note that you will be entitled to one additional free ticket for either a carer or friend to attend with you.
Please simply email the venue directly on info@birmingham-ballroom.com stating that you have already purchased a ticket for the event in question and provide us with your specific requirements and if you are indeed bringing a friend or carer and we will confirm your access booking by return.
This will allow us to produce a booking record and ensure your requirements are logged with the respective show so we are ready for you to attend the event of your choice. Please also note that the additional ticket will be made available on the night on your arrival to the event in question, not before.
