Hoxton Hall and Hoxton Workspaces – the venues
Hoxton Hall is a beautiful and atmospheric 145 year old grade II* listed Music Hall Theatre with adjoining music rooms and recording space, rehearsal rooms, dance studio, meeting rooms and art workshops, café and adjoining creative industry workspace.
Not Just a Venue
Hoxton Hall is the only youth arts centre in Hackney and is based in the centre of the Hoxton / Shoreditch community. Hoxton Hall has several key projects for everyone aged between 7 and 25 including Get Creative, Hipnotic, Hoxton Street Casting and It Happened Here. And if you are slightly older but still have a creative urge then why not join one of the adult classes. Since 1863, Hoxton Hall has pioneered creative engagement, enacting facilitating youth programmes and fostering community partnerships throughout Shoreditch.
With its rich history of eclectic performance, Hoxton Hall celebrates Hackney’s grassroots talent, from beginning youth artists to aspiring young professionals. They are also a coveted niche for venue hire, serving a wide spectrum of previous clientele with diverse needs, from the BBC to Patti Smith to the English National Opera.
