Ordering

You can personalise your EVENTIM gift voucher to suit any occasion or celebration. To do this, select a design of your choice and add your personal message. After you've selected the voucher amount, you can add it to your shopping cart. During checkout, you can choose to print your voucher or have it sent to the recipient via email.

Shipping

The personalised gift voucher will be sent to you in a PDF doucment after you have made your purchase. You can forward your voucher in the PDF doucment via e-mail or you can print it out as a gift.

Redemption

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for events on sale at www.eventim.co.uk. Simply pick your event tickets, add them to the shopping cart and enter the voucher code before proceeding to checkout. The voucher amount will be deducted from the total cost of the order. Any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until its expiry date and can be used for future purchases. We hope you enjoy the show!

Vouchers can be redeemed within 12 months after date of issue, for part or full payment of your order. Any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash, but will remain with you for the validity period of your gift voucher. You can redeem multiple gift vouchers in one order. You cannot apply a gift voucher to an existing order. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Citadel is within walking distance from the St.Helens Bus Terminal and St.Helens Central railway station. Bus timetables are available from Merseytravel on 0870 608 2608. Train times are available from National Rail Enquirieson 08457 484950.

BY CAR

From Junction 7 of the M62 follow the signs for St.Helens town centre. From Junction 23 of the M6 join the A580 towards Liverpool and follow the signs for St.Helens town centre.

PARKING

There are several car parks close to The Citadel.

After 6.00pm there is FREE parking available on the Cineworld or St.Helens College car parks.

If you hold a Blue Badge, you can park in the designated parking spaces outside The Citadel on Waterloo Street. These spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

DISABLED ACCESS

The Citadel is committed to providing access for all. We have an accessible ground floor with lift access to all floors and a disabled toilet on ground floor and first floor level. A loop system is installed in the auditorium. Please inform the Box Office to assist us in meeting your needs. Wheelchair spaces are available on every row of the ground floor.
