Public Transportation
Nearest rail station: Sunderland/Seaburn (approx. 10-15 mins walk from stadium). Nearest metro station: Stadium Of Light/St Peters. Bus routes: 2, 3, 4, 12, 13, 15 and 16 all stop within a few minutes walk of the stadium.

Directions
A19 from North and South. Take the A1231 (Sunderland North) turn off. After four roundabouts, keep to the left hand lane and follow signs for B1289 (Roker). Continue on this road and you will see the Stadium of Light on the right hand side.

Parking
There is a Park and Ride scheme on matchdays that is free to both home and away supporters. The scheme runs from the Sunderland Enterprise Park on the Wessington Way (A1231), which is easily accessible from the A19 and is clearly signposted "Park and Ride". Buses run every 5 minutes before the match and regularly afterwards until all supporters have been transported back to their cars.

Parking
Disabled parking for 160 home and 3 away supporters within stadium grounds and close to stadium entrances. 80 spaces have wide access.

Accessible Services
23 accessible toilets, some on concourse directly behind platforms. 3 toilets next to lifts by South West corner ramp for use by wheelchair users at pitchside. Radar locks, alarms and warning lights are in operation. Refreshment facilities are available on concourse level, with low-level counters. Tray service is also available. Pitchside positions offer limited access to catering facilities at the mid-tier levels. 40 spaces for audio commentary located in in South West corner, all elevated and covered positions with PA seats alongside. Walkman radios provided free of charge allowing fans to listen to local radio commentary.

Accessible Facilities
Home supporters have 180 spaces for wheelchair users available to them. 20 spaces for wheelchair users can be found in the away section for away supporters. All in elevated positions or at pitchside. The Away area is positioned behind the goal in the South Stand with PA’s elevated behind. Pitchside positions give partial cover. Unlimited places for ambulant disabled supporters in designated corner areas of stadium.
