When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

By train
Guildford Railway Station is a 12 minute walk away, London Road Station is a three minute walk away. Train times are available from National Rail. There is a taxi rank outside Guildford Station.
By bus
Guildford Bus Station is a short walk from G Live and there are a number of bus stops nearby. Bus times are available from Surrey County Council.
By car
G Live, London Road, Guildford, GU1 2AA
Guildford's new live entertainment venue, G Live is situated on London Road, at the top of Guildford High Street. There is no on-street parking within walking distance of the venue, however there is ample parking in the town.
There are c85 parking spaces in the G Live car park, including five spaces for Blue Badge holders. Additional spaces are available at the Radisson Edwardian hotel, adjacent to G Live. The nearest multi-storey car park is on York Road. Further details on parking in the area and associated charges can be obtained from Guildford Borough Council.
Wheelchair users
Spaces for Wheelchair users in the Main Hall are available for booking via phone or in person. The auditorium seats can be removed to make space for your wheelchair or we are happy to assist when patrons wish to be transfered from their chair to their auditorium seat.
Staff are available to guide/assist with getting around the venue. Just ask any member of staff if you require assistance
A visit to the venue can be arranged in advance of your visit.
There are a number of wheelchair accessible lavatories on all levels – please see signage or ask a member of staff for help.
Both bars have a Wheelchair accessible counter and table service can be provided at the Cafe Bar for patrons if required.
Our ticketing desk has a lowered section for use by our wheelchair using patrons.
If you would like to visit the space when performances are not taking place to look at the wheelchair places available in the auditorium we can make arrangements with the duty manager to allow this.

There are no fixed number of wheelchair spaces in the Studio because of the configuration of the space – please enquire when booking your show. Wheelchair access to the Studio is via the side Stalls entrance at ground level or via lift from the Main Foyer.
