Best seat booking

With best seat booking we will automatically choose the best seats available depending on your chosen price level and the number of tickets you require.

Seating chart booking

The EVENTIM Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.

Please note that the EVENTIM Seating chart booking is not available for all events.

General admission

General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.

Seat or standing ticket subject to availability

This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Parking

The most suitable car park is next to de Montfort hall which is based a five minute walk from the venue. Please see http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/parking/carpark/victoria_park/leicester/ for more information.

Booking tickets
Disabled customers should buy one standard ticket which will allow themselves and a companion into the venue. Then contact the venue on 0116 2231181 / 0116 2231122 or email boxoffice@o2academyleicester.co.uk to discuss arrangements and organise your companion ticket should one be required.

The disabled access area is on the balcony level in O2 Academy Leicester and access into the venue is on street level for all rooms.

Companion / Carer Ticket
This venue offers one free companion ticket this can be booked by contacting the venue directly (on details provided above). These can be limited in availability so please ensure you contact the venue as soon as possible to arrange.

Companion / carer ticket holders should be able to meet the needs and assist the person they are accompanying in the event of an emergency.

Arriving at the Venue
We recommend arriving at the venue 10 - 15 minutes prior to the doors opening. The door time will be stated on the tickets or confirmations. Please try to arrive at the venue no later than 60 minutes after the doors open.

On arrival please go the Box office and present your confirmation email.

Accessible Area & Facilities
The area at O2 Academy Leicester is located near the entrance on the balcony next to the stage and can be accessed by wheel chair, level access, lift. The area can accommodate up to approximately 3 wheelchairs with 3 seats.

There is level access to this area and you will be taken to this area by a member of our security team.

There are 2 accessible toilets in Academy 1 one on the balcony level and one on the stalls level which can be accessed by a lift.

Transport & Other Local Information
The nearest station is Leicester, and from there the venue can be reached via a short taxi ride.

Whilst we have no actual parking at the venue there is a space to be dropped off at the front doors, with on road parking available and car parking at Victoria park 5 minutes up the road.
