General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

M3 from London and Basingstoke - M27 - Junction 14 on to A33 for Southampton following the signs for City Centre, at Charlotte Place Roundabout take the A3034 (Brunswick Pl) follow the road round, to your left there is the large Civic Building, the Southampton Guildhall is located within this civic complex. Entrance to the Guildhall is in West Marlands Road.
M27 link from the East. Junction 5 (signed Eastleigh Airport) - A335 to Southampton. Follow the signs for City Centre. Do not follow signs for Docks. There are several public car parks within walking distance of the Guildhall on West Park Road, Cumberland Place and Civic Centre Road.
