When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

By Train
Queen Street Station is a three-minute walk from the venue and Central Station is ten minutes away.

By Bus
Buchanan Street Bus Station is directly across the road from the Killermont Street entrance to the venue. This hub is used by both local buses and national coach companies, and can provide you with up to date details on bus schedules, routes and ticket prices.

By Subway
The nearest subway station is Buchanan Street, which is approximately a three-minute walk from the venue.
By Car
On the M8 motorway, take junction 16 (Aberfoyle/George Square turn off). Follow the signs for Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre, where parking is available at a reduced rate if you show your concert ticket at the Car Park Control Room.

Mobility
All our auditoriums are fully accessible to those with mobility difficulties and wheelchair spaces are available. Access to Glasgow Royal Concert Hall is via the north entrance at Killermont Street and all entrances at City Halls and the Old Fruitmarket are at ground level.
There are lifts to access all levels in both buildings. These are fitted with a voice announcement system and braille. If you prefer not to have to encounter any stairs on the way to your seat, please advise our box office when booking.
Wheelchairs are available on request for use during your visit to Glasgow's Concert Halls and these can be pre-booked via the box office. Wheelchair accessible toilets are also available on a variety of levels in both our venues with easy access.
There are wheelchair accessible public telephones in the foyers at both the north and south entrances to the Concert Hall.
If you are visiting Glasgow Royal Concert Hall then disabled car parking spaces are available at the Concert Square multi-storey car park, situated opposite the Concert Hall and at the Buchanan Galleries' Car Park adjacent to our building. There is also a patron drop off point at the Killermont Street entrance.
At City Halls and the Old Fruitmarket, disabled spaces are available at Q-Park on Albion Street and the NCP on Glassford Street.
Hearing
Our Concert Halls are fitted with Sennheiser infrared assisted hearing systems which are specially designed for use in large auditoria.
It can be used as a stand-alone hearing enhancement, or as an addition to an existing hearing aid. Headsets are available from the cloakroom for a £5 refundable deposit and can be pre-booked via the box office.
Both of our box offices, the gift shop and our café bar at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and Bazaar bar at City Halls all utilise the induction loop hearing system for audio enhancement of one-to-one conversations.
Vision
Our What's On Guide to Glasgow's Concert Halls is available in a variety of different formats to suit your needs - large print, braille, and on tape or CD. Please call our box office on 0141 353 8000 to request your copy. Our talking guide is also available to download.
You are welcome to bring your guide dog along to performances at our Concert Halls. However, please let the box office know when you are booking your ticket, so that we can try and seat you in an area that is comfortable for both you and your dog.
