The Jubilee line is the only Underground route that connects with all others - so not only can London residents reach us with no hassle, National Rail passengers from all over the UK can too. The walk from North Greenwich underground station to The O2 is approximately 200m.
By Bus
Eight TFL bus routes operate to and from The O2 including three 24 hour bus services. Key destinations include Stratford, Charlton, Greenwich, Lewisham, Woolwich, Eltham and Central London.
By National Rail
Charlton mainline station is just a short ride on either a 486, 472 or 161 bus from North Greenwich underground station. All these buses start their route from North Greenwich underground so there is no confusion as to which way to go!
Southeastern runs services to Charlton train station. Turn left out of the station and catch 486, 472 or N472 buses to North Greenwich, taking you approximately 10 mins to reach the front door of The O2.
By road
The M25 (London orbital), the A2/A20 (from the South East) and the M11 (from the North) all offer good access and The O2 is clearly signposted.
Car Parks are available onsite offering a customer friendly ticketless pre-book facility for arena events and pay on arrival parking for other visitors. All parking is subject to availability.
Drop off and pick up points are also available.

Accessibility
indigO2 is a 2,350 capacity live music venue, designed in a theatre-style configuration. There is seating on the balcony and the floor can be all standing, part seated or completely seated depending on the event.
Access to indigO2
indigO2 is approximately 30m from the main entrance to The O2. The main concourse is a step free smooth surface for ease of access. Should you be unable to queue please contact a member of staff who will arrange for priority entry once the doors open. All entrances are manned by trained stewards and accredited security personnel.
Accessible seating areas
Accessible seating is provided on every floor. Visitors are advised to book though the disabled access booking line where they will be allocated the best seats available for their requirements.

Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome within indigO2. Assistance dogs may be taken into wheelchair accessible seating areas. However, if you are seated within an ambulant seating area please contact a staff member on arrival who will be happy to look after your dog for the duration of the event or a designated time during the event. Water bowls are available on request.

Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities are available on every floor. Should you require changing facilities or assistance, please contact Customer Services in advance of the event to make arrangements.

Cloakrooms are available on every floor at the cost of £2 per item.
